Updated Policies & Protocols

VIRTUAL CHECK-IN: Clients are asked to remain outside or in their vehicles until receiving a call/text at their appointment time when it is safe to come in. Please maintain physical distancing of 2 meters. You will be required to fill out an updated health form following mandated health/safety protocols put forward by the local health authorities and Dr. Bonnie Henry. This will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.


ENTRY: Clients will enter through the BACK entrance, nearest Revive’s treatment room, rather than the main front entrance to reduce exposure to other clients in the salon.


CLIENT ONLY: Please come alone to your appointment. This means no friends, kids or spouses will be allowed to wait inside the premises.


SANITIZE: When you enter the salon please use the sanitizer available at the door.


MASKS: The use of an ear-loop mask will be required at all times. If you do not bring a mask, one will be available for purchase.


PERSONAL ITEMS: Only bring necessary personal items to your appointment.


MAINTAINING A HEALTH ENVIRONMENT: If you have been around someone with Covid-19, Covid-19 symptoms, feel unwell, or have been out of the country in the past 14 days please reschedule your appointment.


PAYMENT: I will be accepting card payments only at this time.


LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment or call if you will be late. Clients who arrive late may be asked to reschedule their appointment and may be charged half the cost of the scheduled service.


CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event you need to cancel your appointment, I am happy to reschedule at a time that is more convenient for you. I ask that you give a minimum of 48-hours advanced notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Your consideration is appreciated as my time with you is valued and also gives me a chance to fill the available space. A fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) booked will be charged for cancellation/rescheduling with less than 48-hours’ notice. No Shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full for their scheduled service(s) at their next appointment. Pre-payment may be required prior to booking.


SERVICE TIMING: A 15-minute slot after each guest is being blocked to ensure extra cleaning and sanitization can be done on our equipment, tools and treatment room.


SALON SCHEDULE: As always, only one client will be scheduled at a time.


PPE: I will be wearing a mask at all times while working. A facial shield will also be worn while performing specific services.


EQUIPMENT AND TREATMENT ROOM: I will continue to provide a high level of sanitization and disinfection. Equipment, tools and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client & at the end of each day. Hand sanitizer will be available upon entry & inside the treatment room.


RETRAINING: Additional training has been completed to adhere to the strict guidelines that have been put in place for our industry. The health and safety of clients and myself is my top priority, and I am committed to providing a high level of service while keeping everyone safe.
